02. Commercial License Grant

Upon receipt of full payment, Dubix Digitals grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide commercial license to use the delivered unwatermarked digital assets for:

• Discord Communities: Server icons, user PFPs, custom role badges, animated emoji stickers, and server banner backgrounds.
• Content Creation & Streaming: Twitch, YouTube, Kick, and OBS overlays, alerts, channel panels, and banners.
• Monetized Social Channels: Creator branding across Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, and community websites.

03. Usage Restrictions & Prohibitions

To safeguard our artwork and design community, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

• No Direct Resale: You may NOT sub-license, resell, or distribute raw unwatermarked artwork files on stock marketplaces, asset stores, or templates.
• No Claiming Authorship: You may not claim original underlying authorship or register trademark ownership over raw base artworks.
• No Web Scraping: Automated scraping, bot extraction, or circumventing image watermarks on our website is strictly prohibited and subject to legal prosecution.

04. Instant Delivery & Account Access

All store asset purchases are delivered as instant digital ZIP archives containing full-resolution unwatermarked PNG/JPG files and the official commercial certificate. Your downloads remain permanently stored in your account order history for continuous access.

05. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights, trademarks, and copyright in the original artworks, logos, and studio materials remain the exclusive property of Dubix Digitals. The license granted is for usage rights only and does not transfer core copyright ownership.
