01. Nature of Digital Products

Dubix Digitals specializes in non-tangible, irrevocable digital creative goods (including 1024px PNG avatars, Discord emote packs, server banners, badges, and web templates). Because digital products are delivered immediately upon successful payment with full unwatermarked master file access, all standard store sales are generally final once the download is initiated.

02. Eligible Refund & Replacement Scenarios

We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. You are fully eligible for a replacement, store credit, or direct refund under the following verified circumstances:

• Corrupted or Inaccessible ZIP Archives: If a technical glitch causes your download package to be damaged or unopenable, our engineering team will provide fresh high-res master files immediately or issue a full refund if unresolvable.
• Accidental Duplicate Purchases: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same product within a 24-hour window, the duplicate transaction will be refunded immediately without hassle.
• Material Discrepancy: If the delivered asset fundamentally differs in file format or resolution from the listed store description.

03. How to Request Assistance

If you encounter any issue with your order, please submit a request within 7 days of purchase:

04. Free Format Adjustments

Before requesting a refund over format compatibility (e.g. specific aspect ratios for Discord Nitro banner vs Twitch offline screen), our studio team is always happy to assist with custom re-exports and resizing at no extra charge.
